By booking a session with Future View, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Payment
• All hypnotherapy sessions must be booked in advance.
• A booking fee (minimum of 10% of session fee) is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• Full payment must be made no later than 72 hours prior to your scheduled session.
• Appointments not paid in full within this time-frame may be released without further notice.
• Payment confirms your reservation. Without full payment, your appointment will not be confirmed.****2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
• Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or refunded.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be eligible for a refund.
• Missed appointments or no-shows are non-refundable.****3. Client Responsibility
• Clients are responsible for ensuring they attend sessions on time or are in an appropriate environment free from distractions (for online sessions).
• If you are late to a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time.****
4. Confidentiality
• All client information and session content are treated with the strictest confidentiality, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and professional standards. See GDPR notice.****
5. Disclaimer
• Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy and not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
